Just back from the registrar office at khalapur office registration of my flat DG1001 at Rainbow County, The Defence Enclave, Panvel. After initial hiccups the project has picked-up steam and is progressing well. It was a pleasure to see all military forces and ever helpful attitude of the entire team led by Wg. Cdr. R. B. Mahanubhav at the site office as well as the office at Panvel.

The hospitality and sumptuous meal has helped us to return with a satisfaction in heart and assurance of the future. It was really an assuring measure to have received regular updates on the progress of the project from time to time.

Having completed the procedure involved in buying my flat at Rainbow County, The Defence Conclave, I feel a very high degree of satisfaction and the degree of trust & belief that has been instilled by seeing the way Wg. I am doubtless that I have invested at a price that all would have wished for the best in a property which is located in a locality at no other. Rainbow County has made it possible for me to have one of my dreams come true and I would like to express my heartfelt experience of booking a flat in Rainbow County – The Defence Enclave. Being a first-time homeowner, I was anxious and unaware of the formalities that come with it. But I am grateful that the complete process right from site visit, finalising of the flat and booking, to the registration was seamless. This was all made possible, thanks to the professional and courteous team lead by Brigadier Pande coupled with the efficient and timely updates from Wing Commander Mahanubhav.

This smart city township is in an optimally developing location, the landscaping within the site is well thought of and the smart home design, all reflect a vision of creating a vibrant and modern refuge. We are fortunate to be associated with Rainbow County and feel very enthusiastic to be one of the customers of this esteem project. We booked our 2 BHK Luxury Flat in this project in March 2024 with a view to have spacious Flat at competitive price as compared to other projects in same vicinity.

Rainbow County Team is aiming to complete the project for handing over possession by around mid of 2026. While finalising discussions on execution of our flat registration and payment part, we found all going in a very smooth way with homely atmosphere. We are co-ordinating with whole team especially with Wing Cdr. Rajendra Mahanubhav (Retd), Brig. Lalit Pande and Col.

We have recently concluded the registration of our agreement at the Registrar office at Khalapur, in respect to purchase of an apartment at Rainbow County, Rees. Since the time we first saw the site and had discussions at the Sales Office until registration of the agreement, we have experienced a professional and transparent approach by the representatives of Anantham Epic Homes whom we have interacted with.

Wing Cdr. Rajendra Mahanubhav has been very prompt in addressing any questions and in co ordinating the registration process which went off very smoothly. We are looking forward to completion of the project and moving into our new home.
